Policy and Procedures



We do not charge a fee for the initial consultation. We recommend a first consultation prior 3-4 months before your wedding, when your dresses are ordered and your venue for the ceremony and reception is booked. This will be an ideal base creating a colour scheme for your flowers and defining the style of your bouquet and the flower arrangements for the ceremony and the reception.

We will determine the necessary flowers in a checklist, including all details of your wedding. You can find the checklist on our homepage. Please have a look before the first consultation. We also recommend to send/bring us a few inspirational pictures of flowers and styles you like before the consultation.


Our goal is to deliver you precious flowers in a high quality for your wedding. Therefore we build close relationships to our local suppliers to find the perfect flowers for you. Most of the flowers are available the whole year around, but depending on seasons some flowers have to be imported from oversea or in a few cases will be not available. In this case we will offer you a substitute.

After the consultation you will get a quote with all the details of your wedding flowers including delivery time and location.

Your wedding should be booked at least 4 weeks prior to your wedding, this gives us time to order your flowers and supplies.

Deposit and payment:

The quote is good for 15 days. In this time we will reserve your wedding day in our schedule. With your decision to book your wedding with us, please make a deposit of $200 via bank transfer. With the payment the booking is confirmed. At this time we will place your wedding in our calendar. If there is no payment in this timeline, we will contact you and open the day for other brides. Please note, the deposit applies to your wedding but is not refundable. We do require that all payments are done 4 weeks prior the wedding date. If balance is not paid until 2 weeks before the wedding date your booking will be void, and no flowers will be supplied.


All final changes must be made no later than 30 days prior to your wedding date.

Pricing disclaimer:

The quote is based on current prices and can be subject to change due to unforeseen cost increases of wholesale products. If price changes occur, we will contact the customer and discuss option in flowers or arrangements.



30 days or more prior to the date: All money besides the consultation fee will be returned within 2 weeks and booking will be cancelled.

Within 30 days to the wedding date: All money that has been paid at this time will be kept for admin fees and wholesaler payments for your supplies. Your booking will be cancelled.

Change of date within 2 weeks prior to the date will void any refund due to stock being ordered from suppliers.

Flower delivery and set up:

annes petals will not leave bridal party blooms at venues, churches, reception areas. Someone within the bridal party must confirm the order before annes petals leaves.

We will try our very best to have your deliveries on time, we will not incur any liability

for non- delivery of goods/ services due to the following reasons which is out of our control; delays due to riot, fire, flood, traffic accidents, equipment break down, actions of government/civil authorities, natural disasters, and any other acts we cannot control. Wedding flower deliveries and Reception Set ups can be slightly delayed due to unexpected circumstances, please be aware we always allow enough time for small delays, but we cannot control large traffic conditions, we will not be held liable for any heavy vehicle or traffic accidents. We will contact all involved if we are delayed for any reason.


Product substitution & availability:


annes petals will make every possible effort to deliver flowers exactly as ordered, very rarely due to circumstances out of our control may an ordered flower or colour be unavailable. annes petals will not be held accountable for flowers/colours and will not issue refunds based on this. All flowers and products are subject to seasonal quality and availability( which can change year to year due to weather) If not available at the time of your wedding you will be contacted. If required a consultation will be arranged to discuss alternative options. Colours and Size of all flowers may vary each season, and can be slightly lighter or brighter, Larger or smaller than the original photo. annes petals accepts no responsibility for these variations which are out of our control.

The bridal bouquet sizes are a guide, the actual size may vary from each wedding due to the flowers used, and the sizes of those flowers. Your bouquets may be slightly larger or smaller than guided. This is out of our control. annes petals accepts no responsibility for variation in bouquet sizes. Containers and vases may change due to supplier issues, we will substitute the selected product with items of greater or equal value. annes petals does not accept liability for any flowers perishing quickly in cases of extreme heat (36 degrees and over) or incorrect storage after delivery/ set up.
